Goebel Design Group led a complete renovation of the main entry, concierge area, and first-floor common spaces to elevate the arrival experience and establish a brighter, more welcoming tone throughout the property.

The new design redefined the first impression—introducing a custom front desk, updated finishes, and thoughtfully arranged seating that encourage connection and comfort. Lighter palettes, improved lighting, and layered textures reflect the desert’s natural radiance while enhancing durability and ease of maintenance. Each element was selected to create a space that feels fresh, open, and distinctly Tucson, blending hospitality sensibility with long-term performance.

The result is a rejuvenated heart of the community—one that greets residents and guests with warmth, light, and lasting style.
