o help future residents envision life at the newly opened Watermark at San Ramon, Goebel Design Group designed and furnished two distinct model residences for the community’s marketing team. Each model was created to express the warmth and craftsmanship that define the property’s Arts and Crafts–inspired aesthetic while offering a tangible sense of comfort and belonging.

The two residences highlight different layouts and price points, allowing prospective residents to see how thoughtful design and furnishings bring individuality to every home. Layered textures, natural materials, and soft, sunlit tones create spaces that feel both design-forward and deeply livable.

The result is a pair of inviting, story-driven interiors that extend the community’s overall design vision—welcoming, authentic, and distinctly San Ramon.
