Watermark at Pinebrook Lobby and First Floor Corridors – Milford, OH

B

uilding on the success of the previous year’s connector corridor refresh, Goebel Design Group returned to Watermark at Pinebrook to reimagine the lobby and first-floor corridors—spaces that form the social and visual heart of the community. The goal was to create continuity throughout the property while introducing new opportunities for residents to gather, relax, and connect.

The first-floor corridors extend the light grey palette and soft tones established in earlier phases, accented by vibrant artwork that enlivens the path of travel. In the lobby, GDG redefined the experience through a series of side lounges designed to feel like welcoming residential living rooms. Custom millwork and wainscoting finished in a bold, vibrant blue bring personality and warmth to these spaces, distinguishing them from the surrounding neutrals.

The result is a cohesive and uplifting first-floor environment—bright, engaging, and deeply inviting—where residents naturally linger, connect, and feel at home.
