Watermark at Pinebrook Resident Corridor Refresh – Milford, OH

A

s the final phase of a multi-year revitalization, Goebel Design Group completed a comprehensive refresh of the second-floor corridors at Watermark at Pinebrook. The goal was to extend the updated look and feel established in earlier projects—bringing visual continuity, lightness, and cohesion to the entire community.

The work included new paint, carpet, and art selection and installation across a large footprint of resident corridors. GDG introduced soft, neutral tones paired with curated artwork that adds warmth and personality without overwhelming the space. Durable materials and subtle patterning ensure functionality and longevity, while maintaining the calm, inviting atmosphere that now defines the property.

The result is a fully unified interior experience—bright, cohesive, and thoughtfully consistent from entry to residence—reflecting GDG’s holistic approach to design and community renewal.
