When Goebel Design Group was engaged to refresh the property’s corridors, the goal was to transform them from simple passageways into lively connectors that reflect the warmth and vibrancy of the community itself.

The scope included new furniture, flooring, art, paint, lighting, and accessories—each element chosen to bring cohesion and energy to the long circulation paths. Updated flooring patterns guide movement and subtly define zones, while art and lighting add rhythm and visual interest. Layered textures, soft color transitions, and thoughtfully scaled furnishings invite residents to pause, rest, or socialize along the way.

The result is a fresh, cohesive network of spaces that feels bright, engaging, and distinctly Texan—turning every walk down the hall into part of the community experience.
