oebel Design Group furnished and styled two distinct model residences at The Watermark at Napa Valley to help prospective residents envision daily life at different levels of the community’s offering. Designed to reflect the region’s natural warmth and refined ease, each model showcases how thoughtful interiors can express both individuality and value.

The studio residence highlights smart space planning and curated simplicity—proof that even a smaller footprint can feel open, comfortable, and sophisticated. The one-bedroom model embraces a more layered aesthetic, blending natural textures, soft neutrals, and vineyard-inspired tones for a sense of timeless Wine Country living.
