et in southeast Denver, Harvard Square brings a modern mountain sensibility to senior living—balancing the familiarity of a lodge retreat with the comfort of a boutique hotel. The community offers independent and assisted living within a welcoming campus surrounded by open views of the city and foothills.
Goebel Design Group approached the interiors with a “Mountain Modern” vision, layering natural materials and warm tones to evoke ease and belonging. Corridors with lower ceiling heights open dramatically into light-filled common areas, creating a sense of arrival and expansiveness. Coral and woodbine accents complement the surrounding greenery, tying interior palettes to the landscape beyond.
Throughout, textures and materials express both resilience and refinement: wood detailing, soft textiles, and regionally inspired color pairings bring a timeless warmth to each gathering space. The result is a design that feels grounded, gracious, and distinctly Colorado—where residents feel at home from the moment they walk in.
