The desert dryness is pleasantly contrasted by the cool, suave Caribbean flair of Saint House Rum Bar. The design of this 110-seat restaurant evokes the relaxed sophistication of Miami Beach and foreshadows an exciting culinary experience with its vibrant, nautical color scheme. The goal of the restaurant, and in turn this project, was to invite Tucsonans to experience a refined yet flavorful palate inspired by the West Indies.
Founded in 2010, Flowers Group Unlimited (FG) was the first to bring the craft cocktail bar movement to the desert southwest. Actively engaged in revitalizing the downtown restaurant and bar scene in Tucson, AZ, FG is best known for their concepts 47 Scott and Scott & Co. Various awards and publications have highlighted the achievements of business partners and owners Nicole Flowers and Travis Reese.
