oebel Design Group reimagined The Heritage Tradition’s billiards room as a warm, inviting space where residents can relax, socialize, and enjoy friendly competition. Previously underutilized, the room was redesigned to capture a sense of camaraderie and leisure, transforming it into one of the community’s most welcoming gathering spots.

The refresh introduced new furnishings, lighting, artwork, and paint, creating a comfortable, club-inspired atmosphere that feels both classic and current. Rich wood tones, layered textures, and soft lighting establish a sense of intimacy, while durable finishes ensure long-term performance. Subtle desert-inspired colors tie the room to the broader design palette used throughout the community, providing visual continuity and warmth.

The result is a refined yet approachable environment—perfect for conversation, recreation, and connection—reflecting The Heritage Tradition’s vibrant social life and relaxed Arizona charm.
