o help prospective residents envision daily life at The Heritage Tradition, Goebel Design Group designed and styled three distinct model residences representing a range of price points and finishes. Each space was crafted to reflect the community’s resort-style character while offering a genuine sense of home and individuality.

One residence was fully furnished to showcase a complete lifestyle experience, while the other two were thoughtfully refreshed and staged to highlight flexibility, comfort, and personality. Across all three, the design incorporates warm desert-inspired tones, layered textures, and natural light—creating interiors that feel sophisticated yet approachable.

The result is a trio of model homes that invite imagination and belonging, allowing future residents to picture their own lives unfolding within a space that feels authentic, elegant, and uniquely Arizona.
