Watermark at Whittier Place Common Areas – Whittier, CA

W

atermark in Whittier provides assisted living and memory care within a relaxed Southern California setting. Goebel Design Group reimagined the property’s primary common areas—including the lobby, dining room, bistro, and theater—bringing new energy, light, and cohesion to the heart of the community.

Durability and comfort guided every design choice. Light porcelain wood-look flooring adds warmth and texture while ensuring easy maintenance and longevity. Soft, high-performance fabrics in coastal blues and warm tans create a breezy, California-inspired palette that feels both fresh and timeless. Natural light and subtle outdoor references connect interior spaces to their sunny surroundings, encouraging residents and guests to linger and engage.

The result is a serene yet vibrant environment that celebrates California living—open, inviting, and grounded in everyday comfort.
