oebel Design Group transformed the main and private dining rooms at Watermark at Pinebrook into bright, welcoming spaces that reflect both the community’s warmth and the changing light of the Midwest seasons. Previously painted in dark browns and reds, the original interiors felt heavy and enclosed—particularly during Ohio’s long, grey winters.

To bring new life and energy into the environment, GDG introduced a palette of lighter greys and reflective tones that expand the sense of space and brightness. Layered lighting was added within the vaulted tower at the center of the main dining room, creating a dramatic focal point that enhances height, dimension, and mood throughout the day. Vibrant artwork and a curated gallery wall bring personality and color while complementing the refreshed finishes.

The result is a pair of dining spaces that now feel airy, social, and full of light—turning everyday meals into experiences of connection and renewal.
