t Watermark at Pinebrook, Goebel Design Group revitalized a key connector corridor linking multiple sections of the community, transforming it from a purely transitional zone into a bright, uplifting passageway. The goal was to create a space that felt alive and engaging while standing up to the daily demands of a high-traffic environment.

Light, airy colors set the foundation for the redesign, complemented by a curated series of large-scale impressionist floral artworks that bring vibrancy and movement to the walls. GDG selected a durable, high-wear carpet designed to disguise stains and discoloration, ensuring longevity and ease of maintenance without sacrificing style.

The result is a corridor that feels both fresh and functional—a seamless blend of beauty and practicality that enhances daily life for residents and staff alike.
