oebel Design Group reimagined the Memory Care neighborhood at Crown Cove to transform what once felt dark and closed off into a bright, uplifting environment. Every element was designed to promote calm, familiarity, and engagement while honoring the residents’ unique needs.

Light wood-grain porcelain tile flooring provides both warmth and durability, while a refreshed millwork palette introduces airier tones that reflect natural light. Dining and activity spaces were reconfigured to flow directly into the secure outdoor garden, encouraging daily access to fresh air and sunlight.

This holistic redesign created a connected, soothing environment—one that supports independence, invites movement, and captures the optimism of coastal living.
